Helix Angle Options

KHK helical gears are available in 15-degree and 45-degree helix angle configurations. The 45-degree series is designed for use with mating worm gears and crossed-axis applications. The 15-degree series is optimized for parallel shaft power transmission.

Materials and Specifications

Available in carbon steel (S45C) and stainless steel (SUS303). Modules range from 1 to 6 in the standard KHG series. All helical gears are manufactured to JIS B 1702 standards.
